Hey guys, I was working with two Wiimotes and have just recently acquired a new one. The problem is that after connecting the Wiimote using BlueSoleil, I am unable to get it to work with both Johnny's WiimoteWhiteboard and BoonJin's Wiimote Smoothboard. I keep getting the error "Error reading data from Wiimote...is it connected?". It will only work with my old Wiimotes. Is there anyway of setting the programs to recognize the Wiimote that is currently connected instead of memorizing which Wiimote it last used? I realized that every time after I remove all the Bluetooth HID Joystick entries from the Device Manager, Windows will automatically detect and install the drivers for them again even though my Wiimotes are not connected to my PC. Anybody has had this problem before? Please let me know if my explanation was not clear enough. I appreciate any help that you guys could offer. Thanks.
Hi,
If you are using the latest Bluesoleil version, you will not need to manually remove the HID entries in the Device Manager.
Under Bluesoleil's Bluetooth Places, you just need to right click and delete those old Wiimotes. You may need to right click and press unplug first if the delete option is not available.
Then, you can add your new Wiimotes.

Boon Jin
