Hey, I am using an "ASUS USB-BT21 mini bluetooth v2.0 + EDR" dongle on a windows xp computer. I am also using the default Windows bluetooth stack "My bluetooth places". I have tried connecting with multiple wiimotes, and always hit the same problem. I go to My bluetooth places>find bluetooth devices>and then I right click and connect to my wiimote while it is discoverable mode. It then immediately skips past a first screen that I can't get it to stop on, and takes me to the passkey screen. I have tried everything here, but there is no option to "skip" or choose "no passkey". Thanks for the help in advance.

Hi,

You may try to press Alt+S on the keyboard.

From your description, you may be using the Widcomm Bluetooth stack.

If you are using the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack, you may use Smoothboard's SmoothConnect to automatically connect your Wiimotes.

Thanks for the help, I am running the microsoft stack. I downloaded Smoothboard smooth connect and was wondering if there was a way for me to try it before buying it. thanks in advance for the help.

ps Okay, I got the Alt S key to finally work (not sure what was happening before, thanks for the patience).  I also now am able to get an unregistered version, so I'll get back to you when I have trouble again.  Thanks so much.  [it is now spring break and it will be 10 days before I can work on this again.  Thanks]
