I keep getting this error when installing "The system cannot open the device or file specified." Every time I will keep experimenting but If there is a solution tell me!

Try these:
a) You are connecting the USB device at the right time during the installation process (actually read the installation instructions)
b) You are connecting to a USB port on the motherboard
c) The USB port is USB2.0 complient
d) You have performed a full "Custom" Microsoft update and selected ALL available software and hardware updates.
