okay am i missing something..... winxp sp2 has a built in bluetooth driver i've never seen that option. i have to use the driver that came with my bluetooth usb adaptor. I'm using winxp media center could that be the reason i want to be able to do this Grrrrrrrrrrr

Usually you can just uninstall your current Bluetooth stack.

Then, you unplug and plug again the Bluetooth USB Adapter.

The Bluetooth icon should appear automatically in the system tray for the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack.

If not, you can use the tool from
