I know Toshiba & HP have identical setups:
   1. Internal BT Radio
   2. Bluetooth Software (called HP Bluetooth... or Toshiba Bluetooth... , but both are actually Widcomm)
   3. Blue Emunerator

Does Dell have the same setup?

Maybe one fix, will work on all?

Dear All,

Thanks again! We've confirm the issue and found a way to resolve it.
But now, our new driver needs to pass Microsoft's digital signature.
Maybe one week, we'll prepare the new version. I'll let you know soon when it's ready.

I got messages from other topics.

Good news!

BlueSoleil6.2.227.11 has fixed the BlueScreen issue.
Please download it from http://www.bluesoleil.com/download/index.asp?topic=bluesoleil6x.

And I communicated with BlueSoleil support, they are reseaching the suggestions from here and planning to establish a new project to do some work between BlueSoleil and Wii Remote.
