Hi everyone,

1st of all, my English is not good. Its not my first language. I'll try to be as clear as I can.

I have been reading on the forum for a few days. I got amazed by Johnny Lee and his projects. I would like to set up a Whiteboard for my computer but i don't know if I am going the right way.
To get Whiteboard running, you have to have the following:

1. Make a connection between your computer and Wii Remote.
I am using Window 7 on my Desktop which doesnt have a Bluetooth. I have read that a lot of USB Bluetooth doesn't work with Window7. Can someone please tell me which USB Bluetooth I should buy and the software I need to make the connection?

2. You also need a IR Pen. I got this.

3. You need Wiimote such as Smoothboard or Massiveboard right?

By the way, Can we have a Newbie Section for new members?

Thank you very much,

Hi,

To get you started quickly, you can just purchase the Bluetooth USB Adaptor from the sellers in this forum. The mini Bluetooth Adaptor should work fine with Windows 7.

If you are using the MS Bluetooth Stack, Smoothboard will automatically connect your Wiimote/s just by pressing the 1 and 2 buttons.

Normally, new users will post at the Say Hi! section. For Wiimote Whiteboard related questions, you can post directly at the Wiimote Interactive Whiteboard section.

Happy New Year! Smiley
