Hi,

Has any of you ever used a lense to enlarge the angle the wiimote can see?
It is said to angle is 45o, our own measurements say 38o but we would like to enlarge this.
We already managed to combine some LED's so the distance the wii can still track them is more then 7 metres but that still has an area of 'only' 3,5 by 3 metres which we would like to enlarge.

Anybody ever used a kind of lens to do this?
Any ideas where we can get seperate lenses?

Thanks!

I think you are after something like a fisheye or similar wide-angled lens for cameras...

something like this might work...

I'll see if my Canon-lens fits.

Yes, that indeed would be the kind of lens to use.
The problem is the only lenses I can find that are sold here (in the netherlands) are large, expensive photo-camera lenses. Which I can't buy just to try out.
I can't find anywhere where I could buy a seperate lense.

Thanks for the reply, would like to hear you're results if you tried.
