Hey,

I was wondering if any of these pen are safe for LCD TVs? I wouldn't want to scratch mine. If not is it possible to create one, with a padded tip, does one exist?

Even if it had a scratch resistant tip, all it takes is some dirt on the tip and your LCD screen is stuffed. Bets thing to do is buy a large sheet of screen protector (same stuff as used on camera, mobile & PDA LCD screens).
