is possibly this
this is my  idea for the pencil

Pressure is calculated using the distance between the led of the tip and fixed led

and The tilt is calculated with the angle of headed on the whiteboard


is only an idea

could be posible, but the distance between the moving and fixed led cannot be too close or else wiimote cannot detect.
