Hey i am from germany and i have verry big trouble to find the TSAL6400 LEDs and when i find its very expensiv
but i find the TSIL6400 IR LED for cheap money  now i have the question is this IR LED Good for Making a Array  or a IR Pan Huh?

and i search a good tutorial to make an ir pan or an array but i dont find one

Any chance you could post the datasheet (or linkto) for the TSIL?

Have your tried www.farnell.com ?

hey yes  i can ^^

1000 of this ir leds kost only 29 euro  very cheap

and this TSAL6400 http://de.farnell.com/vishay-semiconductor/tsal6400/ir-emitting-diode/dp/1652530?crosssellid=1652530&crosssell=true&in_merch=true&  is this the right one??? 20cents for 1 unit is expensiv i think i need 120 units for the ir array mod
