I am currently working on a project for my school and need to know what would be the preferred wavelength range for an led bulb light bulb to be sensed by the Wii remote.Thanks for the help!

Hi,

A high-powered IR LED with a wavelength of 940nm should be the optimum.

For convenience, you should just get the Vishay TSAL 6400.
