Well it's finished and now there is another Windows app for creating a Wiimote Interactive Whiteboard.

A couple notes:
- This app only supports the connection of one wiimote. The vast majority of people use just the one and get great results.
- The connection and disconnection routines are only usable for those whose BT adapters are natively supported in Windows.

I downloaded this and have run some initial tests.  It works as it should.  The beauty of this compared to others is that it is simple to use and does not try to "do too much". 

Thank you.  I look forward to testing this further.
