Hi all,

I've modified the WiimoteLib to support up to 4 points instead of the 2 IR dots the original library tracked.
Could be used for doing 6DOF headtracking like http://idav.ucdavis.edu/~okreylos/ResDev/Wiimote/index.html on windows Tongue
I attached the source..

The RawMidX/Y & MidX/Y as now done very ugly, that still needs to be modified.. sorry about that.. you could just delete the first 2 if's which does the 3 and 4 point avarage.. doesn't always work correctly when 1 of the ir leds go out of screen..

Lol, Brain Peek just released version 1.2.1 of the WiimoteLib, the change? he added 4 dot support Smiley

I hacked together the wii test application to send TUIO messages.. but still having some problems

although i suspect the tuio flash application (OSC server) to not follow the tuio specs..

Thats quite nice, but your IR information is backwards either on x or y axis (I think anyway). When I move left it goes to the right, but when up it goes up. Is that supposed to be that way (seems right if were looking in a mirror I guess). Maybe I'm nuts. ramble ramble ramble.

Because the 4 point should work without any problems. However you'll need to use the wiiwhiteboard software or other program which uses the calibration function to switch the points around.

Unless you place the camera behind the IR source instead of in front the axis will be inverted. Thats the great thing about Johnny lee's software, he has a neet little calibration function which doesn't care at what angle/upside down or whatever the points are Wink
