My name is Ronaldo Santos an I am a student of Mechanical Engineer in Brazil.

In my project I must to get the coordinates (x,y,z) in mm of an IR LED that move on space of (1000x1000x1000)mm. My idea is to get the coordinates using two wiimotes (stereo vision system).

But I dont undestand anything about the programing interface with the wiimotes. Then I need your help!

I need to know:
1 - How can I connect two wiimotes to PC?
2 - Wich program I can use to read the IRs data from the wiimotes?
3 - How can I use this datas to compute the position (x,y,z) in mm?
4 - Where is the reference point (x=y=z=0)mm?

In my reserch i found somethings, but i dont know how to use this informations.

The Wii remote's IR camera has a resolution of 1024 by 720. Obviously, the 720 sound like a problem for the resolution that you are needing here. If you were using more then one along the same dimension, the position of each one would have to be VERY tightly controlled.
