Hi
my question is weather the 2nd wiimote should work as a mouse..? cause I can't do anything with it besides it's connected.

You need another IR source for your 2nd wiimote.  IF you have IR goggles for your WiiDesktopVR, then use the sensor bar from the wii on top of the monitor for the 2nd wiimote.
