I'm having an issue with the Smoothboard 1.6 software.

Whenever I run it my system becomes unresponsive within a few minutes.  I can calibrate my Wiimote without any problems but as soon as I begin to use the software I lose the ability to interact with the desktop and the Smoothboard program.  The mouse cursor still moves freely but will not do interact.

CTL+ALT+DEL functions but I can not bring up the task manager- the screen will be empty and only show the desktop background.

I have been able to shutdown using CTL+ALT+DEL.  Usually I have to hit a side arrow and then enter to end a task(although I can not see a window indicating this) before the computer will shut down or restart.

Hi,

We have not heard such issue before. What operating system do you have and whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit? Bluetooth stack?

It seems to be more related specifically to your computer.

Any error messages that appear? When exactly does your computer become unresponsive?

Does it only become unresponsive after a few minutes? You may be having an hardware issue instead.
