problems with Floating Toolbar and Outside Screen Toggle

1 - How can I start the Smoothboard without the Floating Toolbar?

2 - if I unselect the option "Outside Screen Toggles" and save, when I restart the smoothboad, the option is selected again. How can I keep it unselected?

another thing...

Is there a way to start the Smoothboard minimized?

For Smoothboard 1.6, the floating toolbar starts by default and can be closed by pressing the Floating Toolbar button on Smoothboard's main window.

We will take a look at the second issue.

We may add another settings tab to include these features in the future such as starting Smoothboard minimized.
