Okay, I'm getting a little frustrated here!!  I have the blue tooth working and my computer recognizes that I have have the remote.  However I'm getting:
Error: Wiimote not found in HID device list.

What does this mean and how can I fix it?  Thanks for your help!

I did this, and still it isn't working.  Do I have to buy the smoothboard software to make it work?  I'm trying to use the stuff from Johnny Lee's website but it isn't working.   Angry Angry Angry

A third alternative :

But you should check out this thread before giving up on Smoothboard :

You can try the Smoothboard software without purchasing.

Most probably the Wiimote was not installed correctly.

Following Ben's advice would help,

I have tried the smooth board stuff.  The problem there is I don't have the money right now to buy the software and it won't let me use it without registering..thus buying from what I can tell.  Am I wrong?

Oh, you just have to wait about 10 seconds before being able to continue loading the unregistered version.

It will be enough for you to test the features and also the Wiimote connectivity.
