ex. If I am using a drawing program  the lines show up but few inches a way from the Led pen point.
if I change wiimote of location or angel still have the same issue. the line is ether few inches up , down or left or right.

I sometimes have this problem, but it is always solved when I recalibrate.  Could you tell us a little more about where you place the wiimote?

thank you .
I have recalibratted several times.
and move the wiimote in this directinons.
a- side of the wall  around 6 feet from the center of the wall projection  ( leftside and rightside)
b- next to the projector ( front of th wall)
c- bewteewn the projector and the wall ( leftside and rithside)
d- I have a nail rihgt on top of the projection area and hang the wiimote. from the nail
so far the problem persist.

When your using your pen, do you tilt it at all when your calibrating or when your using it? Keeping your pen the same, both during calibration and during use is very important. Also have you tried this on a smaller scale, say your monitor? What kind of surface are you projecting on and what color is it? Just a few questions that might help get the problem solved.

this might be a dumb question - don't take offense:

Is your led touching the board?  For example if you led was at the back side of your pen then your calibration and writing would be all off.  (there were some people on this site that tried it that way).
