Adamsarp
I suggest you first upgrade to Boonjins Smoothboard (see download section or http://www.boonjin.com/wp)and also update to 3.5 .Net framework (you will find a link in Boonjins site or the download section).

Google is a wonderful thing you know,

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=this+application+failed+to+initialize+properly+(0xc0000135)&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=

then:

If you are receiving this error message, you need to install the .NET framework from: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=17153

which gets you .net fix
http://download.microsoft.com/download/a/a/c/aac39226-8825-44ce-90e3-bf8203e74006/dotnetfx.exe

Just messing around with you Smiley  But yeah from what I can see your .net is probably messed up.

Hope this helps

I suggest a search before post..

If you did search on this errorcode you would receive a few tips

http://www.wiimoteproject.com/support-b11/error-(0xc0000135)/

in short - Download DirectX SDK
