Hey everyone.
Im making the whiteboards for my school.

and i dont know how to make a professional looking mounting bracking?

I was thinking i could mount a docking charger so it would charge the mote at the same time?

Any ideas..

Thanks. Oli

depending on the surroundings in your classroom you can use neodymium magnets to mount your Wiimote with - like this for example

The source of mounting in this case is my fridge but any metal surface or even  screw in the wall might do the trick...

I applied some double sticky tape to the lid for the batteries and attached a metal plate.

The neodymium magnet is super strong and gladly mounts to vents/ducts, metal on lamps, shelves and so on Wink

Another magnet holds the small and adjustable tripod to the fridge and a piece of paper protects from scratches...

An telescopic rod can be used to reach the ceiling or hard to reach vents...

I Need something that i can duplicate for about 10 different rooms.
so i dont want a camera tripod hanging from the roof Tongue

Im getting paid for this so i want a good job.

Any ideas on the docking charger Idea?

and also, How would i be able to press the buttons (power, 1+2) on the controller without taking it down everytime!

Thanks.

I would go for something external like an adjustable adapter.

This version is adjustable - and you can easily extend the cabling to suit your needs and get a "pro" installation.

Also allows for remote powerbutton Smiley

If you use a cable with 4 leads in it to as extension you can solder 1 pair to the pairing button and mount it on the wall somewhere close to the poweradaptor or so...

I'll get one of those power adaptors.

Is it 5v or 3v? and what mh?

Thank you everyone.

Momentary 433MHz RF receivers will be here soon Smiley

You might want to check out my post on universal wiimote mounts. Here are a couple of simple ways that look really clean to mount your wiimotes, yet not mar the surfaces you mount them to.
