Hi,

When the computer is restarted, you may need to connect the Wiimote again. However, you may use Smoothboard's SmoothConnect to assist you with the connection. You will just need to press the 1+2 buttons simultaneously and the Wiimote should get connected.

Do you mean the pop-up window where the screen grays out? For that, the software may need administrative access.

You may try launching Smoothboard by right-clicking on the Smoothboard icon and click on Run as Administrator.

Thanks for your reply but i mean that my problem is the installation the wiimote as a bluetooth device and not the connection. Any time i start my computer i must install the wiimote as a blutooth device from the begining beacause of in different occasion the Wiimote Whiteboard program cannot see the wiimote into the HID. Every time i must cancel the device and install it again. Any help for this?
Thanks

Yeah. If you are using SmoothConnect, you do not need to manually install it as SmoothConnect will automatically handle the removal and installation of the device.

After starting your computer, you will just need to launch Smoothboard, and when SmoothConnect appears, you may press the 1+2 buttons on the Wiimote repetitively. When the Wiimote is connected, Smoothboard will be launched automatically.

Can you describe what do you mean by SmoothConnect cannot see the device?

Does the Wiimote address appear in SmoothConnect?

Does the Wiimote work correctly? Such as when using with an IR Pen?

There may or may not be issues with the Wiimote.

If you are using SmoothConnect to connect the Wiimote, when you quit Smoothboard, you will be given the option to disconnect the Wiimote. If not disconnected, the Wiimote will remain connected.
