I've updated the code to use the 1.2 version of wiimotelib.  If folks could test this out it would be great.  The location is:

If I didn't break anything I'll create a new binary and source zip for download from sourceforge.

Hi,

I downloaded and compiled the cvs version of wiimote whiteboard and tried using it with microsoft paint. I am having  a problem when I tried to draw a vertical line and it came out jagged. This problem is not present in version 1.1

Same results as above.  It's as if the cursor location is snapping to certain points on the screen.

This can easily happen if the wiimote is placed too far on one side and if you use a small screen. The IR point's position is interpolled so if the projection grid is too small, the intrapolation can be wrong. Try to get the wiimote closer and more centered and see if it helps.

For mine the Wiimote is 2 feet away from the screen at about a 45 degree angle, and it works beautifully with the first version of the code.  The updated code is what seems to be causing the problem.

I have the two binaries, and only the cvs version gives me that problem. First works ok.

jkboy posted a modified version to solve the powerpoint problem. Since it changes the way the mouse events are handled, it might also solve your problem too.

Tnx REAVER117, I was to ask same question. SOURCE for the new WiimoteWhiteboard that supports WiimoteLib version 1.2 or 1.2.1 anyone please, I am having trouble getting it from SourceForge CVS
