I think that could be a good idea let calibrate de area with the 4 points on the downside of the screen. Thats could be very useful in rooms with a fixed projector where you cannot reach the top of screen due that it is too high.

This is tipical in my company.

In fact, we can get away with calibrating only 2 points anywhere on the screen. The reason that is not practical, though, is that if you cannot fully reach the whiteboard: Things on the top of the screen will be uncontrollable, where title bars and window buttons reside anyway.

Sorry. Maybe I didnt explain.

I dont want to control top of the screen on the witeboard with ir-led (I cant reach). I can control with mouse&keyboard directly over the laptop, for example, executing a gpaint or tuxpaint and downsizing the window application to downside of the screen, and then go to the big screen (whiteboard), and only paint on this position... I can control all desktop directly on laptop, but I want to write (paint some ideas) over the bigwall to make visible this ideas to all the audience on the room.

The real problem is that I cannot reach the top points to calibrate over the bigscreen because I cannot reach them.
