I installed BlueSoleil on my Windows 8.1 system and on searching for devices, and pressing '1' and '2' simultaneously, the device was found. However, upon searching services, it returned "0 Services Found". Hence i could not connect the WiiMote to the PC. Any suggestions??

You may want to try to use the default Microsoft Bluetooth Stack if you are using an ordinary Wiimote.

If you are using a Wii Remote Plus, you will need to use the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack as described at http://www.smoothboard.net/wiiremoteplus

If you are using the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack, you may connect the Wiimote automatically with Smoothboard's SmoothConnect.

Also, you may want to try to press the Red Sync button to connect.
