Hi,

If you are connecting manually, you may need to remove the device before reconnecting.

Can you describe exactly what is your connectivity issue?

If you are using the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack, you can connect the Wiimote automatically with Smoothboard's SmoothConnect. Have you tried it?

Hi,

Maybe you can describe in more detail about when it does not connect.

What is the error shown and also what happens when SmoothConnect tries to connect to your Wiimote?

Most probably there are conflicting devices on your computer.

If possible, please do send to us a screenshot of your device manager.

For faster response, you can contact us directly at [email protected]

Thanks.

Hi Jasoman

There are a few things you can try.

1)   Check your computer for virus/malware
2)   Go to device manager and delete/uninstall all Bluetooth HID/ virtual HID devices under the Human Interface     Devices, then reconnect the wiimote
3)   If you are using the MS stack, other bluetooth stack should be removed
4)   Remove and reinstall the batteries in the wiimotes

Normally if SmoothConnect can connect then should not be any problems after that
