Hi,
I'm running Windows XP on a new iMac and while I can get the WiiRemoteTest to work it a little haphazard. If I press add in the Bluetooth device dialog and initiate a bind with the Wii, select no passkey, etc. and then launch Remotest.exe I can get it to run. If I delay launching the test program the the leds on the Wii Remote go out and the test program reports it can't find the Wii. If I reboot the WiiRemote ls still listed as a Bluetooth device but running the test program fails. I have to remove the device, bind again and launch the test program in order for it to work.
A couple of questions:
1. Why do I need to run WiiRemoteTest before the remote will bind?
2. Is there anyway for Windows to remember the device so you don't have to rebind on every reboot?
Thanks,
Carl
