Hey, I have tried all af the options in all the other posts, and I still get the message "No  wiimotes found in HID device list" .... I just donīt know whatīs happening ....

I have a Gateway  MX 6214 laptop .... the bluetooth usb is a trendnet TWB-102UB, according to  http://www.wiili.org/index.php/Compatible_Bluetooth_Devices, is compatible and actually has the bluesoleil software in the cd, but it doesnīt.

I can connect the wiimote to the pc, i get the icon of the NINTENDO RLV-CNT-01 with the two green arrows , so this means that the wiimote is connected ....

BUT I OPEN THE CHUNG LEEīS WIIMOTE WHITEBOARD  OR THE BOON JINīS SMOOTHBOARD AND I GET THE MESSAGE ....  NO WIIMOTES FOUND IN HID DEVICE LIST  :'(

benpaddlejones answered me in another topic, and i didnīt have to do all that stuff because it helps me to connect the wiimote to the bluetooth, and as I said before, I can do that.

All I need to know is whatīs going on about the HID device list that cannot find the wiimote !!!

Hi,
You should just follow ben's advise as most probably your wiimote connection to the computer has not been installed correctly as a HID device.

Although, the wiimote is connected to the computer, it may not have been correctly installed.

1. I downloaded the driver of my bluetooth usb trendnet tbw - 102ub
2. I installed the driver and now i have the bluetooth icon
3. I connected the wiimote  --- add a bluetooth device --- and i did all the steps until i get the NINTENDO RLV-CNT-01 with the two arrows
4. I opened the wiimote whiteboard
5. I get the message " No wiimotes found in HID device list"
6. I opened the smoothboard
7. I get the message "No wiimotes found in HID device list"

what i have tried:

1. Open the device manager, deleted the bluetooth devices and then I clicked update drivers ....
after that, I re- connected the wiimote, again I connected it, until the icon had the green arrows ... BUT ....
"No wiimotes found in HID device list "

2. I installed BlueSoleil, and restarted my computer.
But the bluesoleils doesnīt even recognize any bluetooth device .... It looks like I didnīt have any bluetooth stack.

3. I  installed all the updates of windows and restarted .... again it connects but "no wiimotes .... "

4. I installed GlovePie and ran a code that apparently it replaces the mouse with a wiimote. ... well, the result is that it doesnīt work like a mouse but it makes interference in the mouse connected in the pc. Well, thatīs a start .... something is happening there ....

5. Deleted all the drivers of my bluetooth stack and re- installed it. Still, it does connect but the same message.

Thatīs all that i can remember ... I think I have tried it all!!!

Hijack This: http://www.download.com/Trend-Micro-HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10227353.html

Post the txt report to this thread. You have a conflict somewhere so it is loading up multiple drivers.
