Hi,

I was wondering if there are any existing libraries (or any other useful information) for connecting to the Wii console itself from a PC Bluetooth device. I tried looking around a bit and couldn't find much of anything on the topic. I figured this might not be a bad place to ask.

Thanks!

I don't know of any specific libraries for this but I do know that you need to emulate the WiiMote, so you need to connect as if you are a HID device (slave) and supply the same type of data the WiiMote would normally supply.

If you were thinking of using bluetooth as a general communications channel I doubt this can be done unless you are running WiiBrew!

Did you ever figure out if this could be done? I'm working on medical research and this would be extremely useful to do.  We are developing brain computer interfaces and want to sync the Wiimote to a computer, have the computer replace some of the Wiimote controls with brain control input, and then send the resulting set of combined inputs to the Wii console.
