Title: Windows XP connection
Post by: JoePinehill on March 15, 2009, 08:24:22 PM
I installed Widcom, and have be able to sync the wiimote routinely with a Vista machine.  when i tried with an XP  PC, it asks for a passkey.  Vista allows you to sycn without a passkey.

What is the easiest way to synch with XP???

Thanks

Hi there, I have encountered considerable trouble synchronizing my wiimote. Unfortunately there is no such thing as "skip pairing". Have you got any idea where I can deactiviate widcomm's urge to ask for a key? The advice to downgrade to v4 sounds reasonable. Yet, I couldn't find a page to ddownload it from. Can anyone provide me with a suggestion? Thanks a lot.
