Due to a small inconsistency of the CSS definition and thanks to my desktop theme (where I write white on black), I have to write black letters on the black background whenever I want to write a post (for which I was sustaining of posting for several times). Usually I do change my desktop theme to a default one and then I can write normally again, but that is kind of annoying. Here are some screen shots:

Text written, but not visible:

Text selected (so that we see how it looks like):

What inconsistency do I refer to? For the textarea where we write posts, the color of the text is defined but not also the background-color. So, it takes the defined black for the text color, but for the undefined background color, it takes my default - which is also black.

Suggestion

First, the problem is in this file, in the section that looks like this:
Code: [Select]
/* Input boxes - just a bit smaller than normal so they align well. */
input, textarea, button {
color: #000000;
font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
}

There are several ways to solve this, but I would propose you to just remove the definition for the text color, and let the users always write posts in their default desktop theme. Here you'd need to make this section look like:

Code: [Select]
/* Input boxes - just a bit smaller than normal so they align well. */
input, textarea, button {
font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
}
