On Mac platforms the formating gets a little odd:

  • The posts/topic numbers are excessively fat and bunched in safari
  • the forum and topic text crowds or overlays their index icons  in both Safari and Firefox
  • and message format tags don't seem to ... well render the formatting [/il]
    • (this should be a bulleted list)

    nothing killer, just fyi

my screen res is plenty huge (1600 on one, 1900 on the other) just happened to have the browser set to 800 wide from a previous design check. So at 1000+ the text overlay probably isn't evident, it just doesn't cascade well on window resizing.

but the post/topic "squishyness" in safari isn't layout, it's font rendering. so safari's doing something odd, but I haven't really seen that before - something funky in the style sheet?
