Nothing commercial has been made that incorporates the wiimote, but several projects have written scripts in GlovePie to use the wiimote as an emulated controller. Check out this set of videos in this thread to get an idea of what's out there.

There is a mod for crysis with source code that adds wiimote control scheme to the game.
google wiisis, or search for it on crymod.com. (dont have links right now, and too lazy to get them.

I don't know the exact names of those games...but you can also use it as your gamepad. Since this wiimote act as a mouse (with 11 keys that can also be mapped to keyboard keys) you can play any game that can be played via mouse (and not too many keys) can be played via wiimote also.

Nope I don't think there is any game available because the configuration and the connectivity matters if you are connecting wiimote to any PC game...!!!
