hello
i want to make a wiimote activeboard, but i want to use my wiimote on both the wii and my pc...
can this be done??
or does the wiimote take any kind of damage from being connected to my pc??

Hi Raben,

You will not damage the Wiimote.

When the Wiimote is switched on, it will try to power up the Console. If you have the power supply of the console switched off, then it will not be able to connect to the Wii Console.

In this scenario, you are able to connect the Wiimote from your computer by pressing the 1 and 2 buttons simultaneously or the red sync button.

If you want to go back to use your Wii Console, just on the power supply of the console and it should be paired up again (if the state of the Wiimote was off). You can turn off the Wiimote by disconnecting from your computer or pressing the power button on the Wiimote for several seconds.
