Have you tried using the default Microsoft Bluetooth Stack?

If you launch Smoothboard, and SmoothConnect appears, it means that you have the MS Bluetooth Stack installed

Hi,

I would suggest you to update the Bluetooth peripheral device and check if it helps:

a)      Click on Start button.

b)      In the search box type devmgmt.msc and then press Enter.

c)      Select the Bluetooth peripheral device and right click on it

d)      Now select Update.

e)      Restart your computer.

If the issue still persists, you need to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
