I'm wondering if anyone has had difficulty with Smoothboard with an IR pen in Microsoft PowerPoint.
The difficulty I'm having is using a IR pen that's calibrated correctly, yet while PowerPoint is in Slide Show Mode, the pen seems as if it's not calibrated. Clicking on an linked object within a slide does not actually click on that link, but another place on the slide. And each time I try, the click is on a different area within the slide. (I've tested this using a Jeopardy-style powerpoint game where there are linked objects covering the whole slide).  All other applications run with deadly accuracy using the Smoothboard/IR pen set-up.  Can someone help?

Sorry so long to reply, I have been dragged into the 'Digital Edcuation Revolution' here in Australia so very busy.

The prolem is not Wiimote IWB the problem is the slide.

Only the background has been hyperlinked, so when you click the text its sending a 'next slide' request. If you click above or below the text it will hyperlink.

I suggest you go through the slide and hyperlink the text & the background this will fix your problem.

p.s. Great slideshow I have pased to our science team at work.

I have found it works best if whenever I put in a hyperlink in powerpoint, I always make the background a square shape and then give that whatever color I would have used on the background. Then I insert a sound if the square is clicked. This way it does not adavnce to the next slide if the person clicking misses the hyperlink.
