Wiimote Project

Hi ,everyone

I've seen Johnny's VDO and I'm interested,so I bought a bluetooth adapter to connect the wiimote with my PC (that still didn't work too!! I'll ash in the /wiimote-and-bluetooth-connectivity/ board)

Then, I had another way with my macbook so that's fine to connect the wiimote with macbook by DarwiinRemote0.3 and Wiimotewhtieboard( but not have a board for writing??)

After that I've try to made my IR pen but around here(Thailand) I can't fine TSAL6400 here(have to order and wait for a week) but I get HSDL-4230 (I think the specification is OK) and The Resister 100 Ohm 1/8 W.then I follow this link

but I group The 8 resisters together (parallel) =  12.5 Ohm

so i've done it.tested with my web cam that work!!(I saw the light form LED when I push the switch)

but with the Wiimotewhtieboard app seem like didn't see my pen correctly( My idea is my IR light too low ) when I point the pen to the monitor,but if I hold the pen backward (point the LED to wiimote ) It's seem better (but I think that's not a good idea)

...where i'm missing ...

thas's my HSDL-4230 -->Forward Voltage = 1.5 V
                       Forward Current = 100 mA
         and my AAA(1.5 V)x2 batteries = 3 V

so I have to use the 15 Ohm resistor

after I made it ,it's more brite than yesterday (by my web cam) but it's still didn't take effect to much with my mc book(but better than)
and also not work with non reflecttive 22" LCD and projector on the wall(4000 lumens)

do I miss something again??...

PS.I've order for TSAL6400 and it'll comes next week(Thu) ... any thing I can do by now ?? or keep waiting ?
