I've been buying from these guys for a while, they're an out of country retailer (because they carry video game system hacking materials.), but they do have a nice selection of diy electronics for a great price.  best of all, free shipping!

I found a pack of 20 5mm IR leds on here for a little less than 3 dollars.  I've been looking for some IR LEDs for a few days now, and have been getting shafted on shipping fees, so I gave up... then I remembered these guys.

Hehe, no kidding.  I'm awaiting my order right now... 

Order some gifts for a few buddies, and some little gadgets and toys for myself, and still didn't spend over 40 bucks!

It's great.  I've had very little problems with them, almost none.  Which is a lot less than what I've had to put up with from other online retailers.
