Hello!  I am fairly new to the wii-technology but am loving what I see.  I have finally gotten the Smoothboard to work, then saw one of your posts.  I have tried researching your software online and am not coming up with a lot of information.  I DID read your pdf manual which was quite comprehensive and easy to read!!  When I go to youtube to see what there is about Pentabulous there... I am seeing that people are using SmoothConnect to connect?  Or they are using several different applications along with this one.

Is this a completely stand alone application that will connect my wiimote to make the whiteboard interactive?  And then from there...use Smartboard software (we have a district license) or Mimio Software?

From the pictures on the pdf I am seeing that this is a connect only?  Hence the reason for it being free? It did not appear to have all the pens and shapes/whatever...which is fine.. as I said we have the other softwares.   Just not sure if I'm seeing it correctly. :D  Will definitely try this out once I'm back up at the school again. And if this does work, would it be wise to remove the other wiisoftware or do they play together nicely?  Thanks in advance!

going to answer my own post!  haha

The answer is YES it IS a standalone application!  If you already have mimio or smart software on your computer, this is really the way to go!!  We are in a Title 1 (very poor) district with practically nothing in the budget.....  this is wonderful.  Installed the Pentabulous and the Service Pack... came right up!  Thank you, thank you!  JoAn  LionGeek

btw I have Windows 7...
