Thanks for all your help benpaddlejones, but I think this little dongle has had its chance. I recently put together another PC installed bluesoleil on there and tried it on that one (under speculation that my current mobo might have some serious USB dongle issues(Read it on some other website))
Didnt want to play ball there either.
So unless i want to play Guitar Hero or do crazy wiimote things on my laptop im stumped.
Desperate times call for desperate measures!

Just kidding i'll keep it as a souvenir from hell.
Anyway, im looking to buy a new dongle. After reading your other post on the Dlink DBT-122, im tempted to go with that if you can vouch you've got it working fine and dandy?
IF theres a better one on here you can point to I'd appreciate it:
