Bluetooth & Connectivity Help Center / SOLVED - No Success Yet! Help!

I purchased a belkin mini bluetooth adapter after seeing Dr. Lee's TED video. It came with VIDCOMM and kept asking for a passkey and would not let me skip the step as I have read to do. I tried Bluesoleil 6 and 2.3 and the Belkin is not compatable I guess (I switched the Blusoleil to usb device and it said it was not there). I finally got a VIDCOMM app that allowed me to skip the passkey bit. My Wiimote blinks endlessly and disconnects after a bit. I got it to pair once and the 1 & 4 led lights were on on the wiimote. I tried installing the smoothboard and Dr. Lee's whiteboard app and they do not recognise the remote (I can't get it to stay paired). Do I need to buy a new dongle(sp) or can I make this one work. The only thing that I can think of is similiar app like BlueSoleil or VIDCOMM but I can't seem to find any. I tried to use windows to run the bluetooth but it refused to help.
I have spent 12 hours trying to figure this out over two days, please help me.
