Bluetooth & Connectivity Help Center / HEEEEELP! Wiimote whiteboard won't run???!!!

Hi,
i installed everything, got it working, wowed the guys, etc.
then laptop had corrupted file (Samsung NC10, Windows XP) so re installed windows.
had to re-install everything, wiimote connects fine to lsptop, BUT! incredibly, when i try to run the wiimote whiteboard software, an error message comes up saying
'failed to initialize pproperly: 0xc0000135'
does anyone have a fix for this, it is infuriating as pre-crash, everything worked like a dream.
