IR Pens / Where to buy vishay tsal6400... in pakistan?

Hey,
i'm from pakistan and i need the vishay tsal6400, cuz the other led's dont work! :(. does ANYBODY know where i could get these in Pakistan?. or where i could get them online cheaply with less delivery charges on international shipping?

My name is Saad Dawra, im from Pakistan. I was really intrigued by the stuff u guys did, i bought some wiimotes without having a wii. Great job guys!

Does anybody have any idea how i could get vishay tsal6400 in pakistan or even the ir pen contain the tsal6400. cuz i tried the ir led's available to me, they just kept skipping!.
