Say Hi! / multi touch grid issues

Hello,
I have joined this site after installing whiteboard recently. Great program. The problem I am having is withe the multitouch grid app. I run vista 32 bit. When I go to open it, the screen glitches black and says error and it will close. Has anyone had this problem. Thanks in advance.
