Bluetooth & Connectivity Help Center / Can't Even Get Wiimote Test working :(

I'm having trouble even getting the test program working. I believe my remote is connected. I'm using a Belkin USB blue tooth adapter and it is showing up there. Plus the links on the Wiimote are blinking.  When I run the test program I get the following error: "Wiimote not found in HID device list"

Does anyone have any ideas?
