Bluetooth & Connectivity Help Center / The Smoothboard not recognize my wii remote

Hello everyone.
I purchased the Deluxe Bundle classroom, I installed the program cubix bluetooth usb, dongle installed the program smootboard edition. I mounted the battery eliminator and remote wireless sync. All good. When I try to connect the wii remote the program gives me the message "No Wiimotes Found in the HID Device List". That is, not recognized, I visited teachwithtech page. com but can not get anything different to make me think I've missed something.
