Wiimote Interactive Whiteboard / Program will not intialize

When I go to install the program it will not initialize.  I have the wiimote indentified and talking in my kensington software but can not get Bluesolei to recognize it.  Any ideas?

Bluetooth & Connectivity Help Center / Can not initialize program

I have been able to use my Kensington SB Bluetooth adapter 2.0 and see it in my windows bluetooth utilities and see packets run through.  I have had no luck seeing it in BlueSole.  I have used multiple versions and their hardware checker which says it is good to go.  When I go to install the WIIMote program for whiteboards, the program will not initialize.  Any ideas?
