I've searched some but cant find any answer to these three questions.

Would it be possible to mod the Bluetooth to become a USB instead?

Also, dont ask why.. but is it possible to change the value of the Bluetooth ID on the Wiimote?

Could you easily mod off the IR lens (or whatever) from the PCB board?
