General Discussion / IWB lesson ideas for teachers
« on: March 10, 2009, 05:35:37 AM »
Nice resources from the UK  I found for teachers using IWBs in their classrooms - breaks everything down nicely by subject.

 http://www.thegrid.org.uk/learning/wholeschool/ictac/teaching_technologies.shtml

The link to "Use of interactive whiteboards in science" is broken - I found it here.

I'm handing these out to teachers that I'm teaching to use wiimote whiteboards.

. I can make it work pretty well but wiimote has to be about 2 feet away. Is there anyway to improve tracking when it is closer?

Could you do something with a mirror at a 45 degree angle under the clipboard?

Here is a 2 minute video for starting up the Java Wiimote Whiteboard I made as reference for other teachers in my building.

If the embed code doesn't work here is the link      http://maculspace.ning.com/video/vid00119-1

well, genius is what you're doing, and thanks for all the work you're putting into it.   :)

Just a quick question on Smoothboard.....
-is there anyway to turn off the wiimote from Smoothboard?

thanks

Hi everybody, I've been setting up wiiboards in other classrooms and I thought I'd share what I'm giving the teachers.
