Hi everyone,

First, a quick summary: I live in Belgium, 18 years old, male & I just got interested in programming, this seems a nice place to start!

I recently got an assignment at school (it's for physics), it's my last year and I want to end this year with a nice project. What I want to do: I want to measure the velocity of my leg while I'm performing a kick. Then, I calculate the force and compare it with a pressure plate.

Is this possible?

Any help appreciated! :)

I think it's possible to use Microsoft Kinect to detect your leg's position, and you can measure the distance to get the velocity.
